Deposit of 20% needs to be paid to secure your booking and it is  NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of a change of date, this deposit can be transferable subject to availability. By paying deposit you agree to the terms and conditions.

There is a charge of 20 % of the entire set up for delivery/installation fee.

I charge 16 euro per feet of balloon garland. Subject to change overtime.

Double stuffed balloons or more than 3 colour balloon garland will be subject to extra fee per feet of balloon garland.

The rental fee of props, which I own, is 20 euro each. For adds on such as greenery and flowers there is additional cost starting at 50 euro, depending on amount.

For any requested new prop there will be extra charge, which will be discussed and will be mentioned in the final price.

Once the balloons and other props are in your possession, they are your responsibility. Balloons normally last for few days, for outdoor installations, please bear in mind that they can only last for 1 to 2 days at best. Do not put balloons near direct sunlight, by a working radiator,  in car/shed over night as they might deflate and oxidise (change in colour).

Latex allergies MUST be declared before booking.

Any damage/lost/stolen prop(s) will be invoiced to you in full price of the item.

Balloons are hazardous to children. Risk of choking. Please do not leave children unsupervised around any set up.

Please be aware that if you accept using command hooks or adhesive hooks on your wall you understand the risk of damage, which might occur.

Balloons are delicate. Please avoid letting children play/sharp objects to be near the set up.
